Shipping

We ship all items exclusively with UPS. Orders submitted by 3 P.M. on normal business days are shipped out on that day. Delivery speed depends on geographical location and delivery options. Deliveries to the Continental US will usually take about 2-5 days. International shipments usually take longer; most arrive within 4-10 days. Deliveries within the state of Texas are completed, on average, 1-3 days after shipped.

Returns

Defective Products: If your product is damaged upon arrival due to a manufacturer’s defect, we will at our discretion provide either a new item free of charge or a refund of the item’s price (excluding shipping costs).

Shipping Damage: TintSupplier.com is not responsible for any damage incurred to an item in shipment. If your product is found to be damaged, you will have to file a claim with the carrier. Although we aren’t responsible for the damage, we will help out in any way possible.

Misuse of Products: TintSupplier.com is not responsible for products damaged due to improper use and/or installation.

Change-of-mind Returns: Making mistakes in part of human nature. At TintSupplier.com we understand this, and the products will be returned at no cost to you. However, this rule is subject to change if abused.

Tint Laws: Before buying any tint, make sure you know and understand the tinting laws in effect in your area. While we try to inform our customers of their laws, we are not responsible for any installations which disobey laws.

Legal: Any legal actions filed between customers and TintSupplier.com will be carried out within Texas and in accordance with Texas state laws.
